When it comes to destination weddings, Italy occupies definitely the prime position.  But when the wedding location happens to be a stunning historical villa on Lake Como, well, consider yourself totally in love!

Everyting in this fresh wedding evokes in my perception pastel colors. The air filled with soft sunbeams, pinkish facades of historical villas, peachy roof tiles everywhere. Even my photography took a hint of peach! Team working for Alessandro Ghedina, we were really fortunate to travel to enchanting and glamorous Lake Como adorned, as if it were a precious pearl necklace, by the most beautiful historical chateaux with their curated gardens.

The origins of Villa Pizzo stretches back to 1400, even if it evolved mostly through the 16th century. The atmosphere is literally filled with traditional heritage and fine living of the past. The longest on the lakeshores English garden shelters this luxurious villa in the shadow of high hundreds’-of-years old trees. Undoubtedly Villa Pizzo is a please for authentic romance lovers. Believe me, to resist the charm of this graceful aristocratic temple is impossible.

Along with the neighbouring Villa d’Este, Villa Pizzo rises majestically on the small promontory of Lake Como. Welcome to the oasis of tranquility, charm and peace.
